Terms and Conditions – bmwcasino Player Agreement

1 Introduction

Welcome to bmwcasino.asia ("bmwcasino", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bmwcasino regarding your use of the website located at https://bmwcasino.asia and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and the payment processing system.

By registering a player account on bmwcasino, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the bmwcasino platform.

2 Eligibility

bmwcasino serves players in the Philippines and does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is fully prohibited. If your jurisdiction's laws change after registration, it is your responsibility to stop using the platform and inform bmwcasino accordingly.

3 Account Registration

You may only hold one (1) registered account on bmwcasino. This limit applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. bmwcasino will use this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bmwcasino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. bmwcasino reserves the right to refuse any registration at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations and to protect our players, bmwcasino conducts identity verification — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. You will be required to complete KYC before your first withdrawal is processed and may be asked to verify your identity at any other point at bmwcasino's discretion.

Standard KYC documents accepted by bmwcasino include:

bmwcasino will process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe. Pending verification, we may temporarily restrict withdrawal access. We will not restrict gameplay during the verification period unless there are specific security concerns.

Providing false, altered, or fraudulent KYC documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your bmwcasino account are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies through international payment instruments will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing; any applicable conversion fees are borne by the player.

Accepted deposit methods at bmwcasino currently include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Available methods may change without advance notice.

You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — using an account owned by someone other than the bmwcasino account holder — are not permitted. Discovery of a third-party deposit may result in account suspension and return of funds.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the bmwcasino cashier at the time of transaction. bmwcasino does not charge a deposit fee, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits are generally credited within minutes for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer processing times depend on the financial institution's own clearing timelines. bmwcasino is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or banking infrastructure.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your bmwcasino account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever possible. This requirement exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard. In cases where the deposit method cannot receive funds, bmwcasino may request an alternative withdrawal method subject to additional verification.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are stated in the bmwcasino cashier. Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours, or during public holidays, will be queued and processed on the next available business day.

bmwcasino reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a certain threshold, or where unusual account activity has been noted.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

bmwcasino offers a range of promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and a referral programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bonus bet, expiry period, and maximum cashout. These terms are stated on each promotion's detail page and form part of this agreement.

General bonus rules that apply to all bmwcasino promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire as stated in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are removed automatically.
• Maximum bet size using bonus funds is ₱500 per spin or per wager unless the promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it can be stacked with another active offer.
• bmwcasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with or without advance notice, including in cases of technical error or abuse.

Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus offer at bmwcasino — including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any withdrawals made as a result of the abuse.

8 Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on bmwcasino are subject to the individual game rules displayed within each title. For live dealer games, the rules presented by the dealer and displayed on the live interface take precedence. For sports betting, settlement is governed by the bmwcasino sportsbook rules applicable to each market type and event.

bmwcasino's games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology for non-live titles. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are governed by the game providers and are available in each game's information section.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bmwcasino will attempt to resolve the affected round based on available logs. Where a game round cannot be verified, the bet stake may be returned to the player's account. The outcome of completed rounds is final and cannot be reversed based on a post-round complaint.

9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on bmwcasino and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with bmwcasino games or the sportsbook without explicit written authorisation.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the bmwcasino platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith after gameplay has occurred.

bmwcasino monitors account activity continuously and may use third-party fraud detection tools. If suspicious activity is detected, bmwcasino may suspend an account immediately and freeze associated balances pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Account Closure and Termination

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to verification and standard withdrawal procedures, provided no pending wagering requirement exists on those funds.

bmwcasino may suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• Is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Has been used to register an underage player
• Is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute initiated in bad faith
• Has been inactive for an extended period (dormancy policy applies — details in the FAQ)

In the event of termination for cause, bmwcasino reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to recover funds that were obtained through a breach of these Terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bmwcasino may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a notice on the bmwcasino platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page. Your continued use of bmwcasino after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
